Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional vehicles, users, and storage. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

You'll need to upgrade to a plan with more vehicles or remove a vehicle before adding a new one. We'll never delete your existing data — you just won't be able to add new vehicles until you have capacity.

Yes! The Family, Pro, and Business plans support multiple users. Each person gets their own login and can log expenses for shared vehicles. You control who sees what with role-based permissions (Owner, Admin, Driver, Viewer).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor (Stripe). For custom enterprise plans, we also support invoicing.

No long-term contracts required. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Your data remains accessible even if you downgrade to the free plan.

Yes! CarExpenses can import your history from Fuelio, Drivvo, Simply Auto, Fuelly, and other popular trackers via CSV. All your fill-ups, expenses, and service records will be preserved. Most imports take less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely. You can export all your data to CSV anytime. Your data is yours — we never hold it hostage or make it difficult to leave.

Every plan, including the free tier, includes fuel tracking with consumption calculations, expense tracking, checkpoints, custom tags, service reminders, and reports. Paid plans add more vehicles, users, storage, and multi-user collaboration features.
